Just a couple Whigs posters from over the years… the first is a street team poster to thank them for their hard work that i printed in our craft room and the second commemorating the album release show for ‘In The Dark’.

Oh i love this one.  I got to design pizza boxes for local pizza gurus Transmetropolitan.  It was especially fun since Lily and I met at Transmetropolitan while she was working there in like 2002.  I love the dudes that run/own the place, i love the pizza, i love the pizza boxes.  We printed some shirts with the pizza box design on them.  Whoo hoo!

I do a lot of work with an Athens, GA based merchandise company called .  These shirts are printed with the logo i designed for them a few years ago.  Its actually based on a painting by a UGA professor in the 60s.  Weird.

A poster i designed and screen printed for a Spring Tigers tour a few years ago.  Such good dudes, such sweet music.

Here’s a Dead Confederate (awesomely dudes from Athens) shirt with a logo i did for them printed on it.  How bout it.

Here’s another Cinemechanica shirt i did years ago… i think they took this one to Japan with them or something crazy.  Who knows?!  Anyway, its a fun one.  I love those dudes.  (That’s Ziggy to the left, inspecting)

Futurebirds are from Athens, GA.  Futurebirds are awesome.  Futurebirds’ merchandise is awesome.  I did some of it.  Here’s a taste.

Hugh Acheson is a badass.  He’s got two restaurants in Athens (5&10 and the National), one in Atlanta (Empire State South), just did a fantastic stint on Top Chef Masters, has an awesome cookbook coming out this fall and i have a feeling you’ll be seeing a lot more of him soon.  Here’s some of the shirts i’ve done for 5&10 and Empire State South.

The Four Coursemen are a motley group of culinarians in Athens, GA who put on bi-weekly dinner parties for people with quick mouse fingers and celebrity status.  They are very good friends of mine and fantastic dudes. These are some shirts we did together.

This was a ton of fun.  First of all, let me say that i think Amanda Kapasouz (Tin Cup Prophette) is amazing. Her first full length is a stunning record and i was thrilled to be able to do this project with her.  It’s an album of traditional Irish songs and it rules.  We had a super low budget and decided to do a one-color screen print. I printed all of these in my kitchen at the time, with no registration marks and no printing press.  The sleeves are printed on an extremely cool packaging from a company in Oregon that i can’t remember the name of.  The inserts are screen printed as well, on vellum.

We created a record label for Amanda with this release called Subway Grime Recordings.  The Subway Grime logo was designed by yours truly.
